Bridge Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join on of their client's based in York Within the role you'll be responsible for providing high level support within the Wills & Probate Department.

Your new role as a Private Client Legal Secretary

  • Accurately preparing correspondence and documents through audio and copy typing and proof reading
  • Making appointments, arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms and maintaining an uptodate diary
  • Attending to and assisting clients both face to face and via phone as required
  • Handling inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring they are relayed to the correct parties involved
  • Preparing outbound mail for despatch
About you

  • Highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Legal Case Management systems and Microsoft Packages
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Competent Audio and Copy Typist
  • Due to the nature of the role, previous experience as a Legal Secretary is essential
Experience in Wills & Probate would prove advantageous, thought it isn't essential for the role as training will be provided
