Customer Service AdministratorPertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a world leading manufacturing company based in Andover. This will be a full time, permanent position.
Responsilbities as a Customer Service Administrator:
- Creating quotations and processing orders
- Assisting and advising customers
- Dealing with returns and processing credits
- Updating leads on to the CRM System
- Assist with arranging services and repairs and keeping customers updated throughout the process
- Creating and maintain strong relationships with external and internal customers
- Support the administrative functions of the sales, services and training departments
Requirments:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised and self motivated
- Confident Microsoft user
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Our client is located in Portway Industrial Estate, working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and this will be an office based role.
