Customer Service Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a world leading manufacturing company based in Andover. This will be a full time, permanent position.

Responsilbities as a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Creating quotations and processing orders
  • Assisting and advising customers
  • Dealing with returns and processing credits
  • Updating leads on to the CRM System
  • Assist with arranging services and repairs and keeping customers updated throughout the process
  • Creating and maintain strong relationships with external and internal customers
  • Support the administrative functions of the sales, services and training departments

Requirments:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised and self motivated
  • Confident Microsoft user
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Our client is located in Portway Industrial Estate, working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and this will be an office based role.

Salary is £24,000 but may be negotiable depending on experience.
