Our client is an established global business who provide B2B media and analytics to the world's leading brands and are currently looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist with specific experience of Marketo to join their team in London as part of theMarketing function.

Key Responsibilities for Marketing Automation Specialist (Specific Marketo Experience):
- Administration duties such as Manage roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Import marketing lead data.
- Monitor data integrity to maintain data quality.
- Take ownership of support cases.
- Taking action to remediate issues efficiently.
- Conduct technical assessment to implement changes.
- Deliver technical changes to configuration or programmes.
- Follow agreed testing and approval protocols for all changes.
- Work closely with the Head of CRM Support to change requests in line with business and team priorities.
- Assess capabilities delivered in each Marketo release and work with the Digital Marketing and Brand Marketing teams to identify opportunities.
- Support the provision of enduser training.
Your Experience:
- Marketo experience with Marketo Certification.
- Assess business process needs and map these against Marketo and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, team player mentality and an appetite for building Marketo capability across the business.
- General knowledge of CRM systems is required, with Salesforce experience ideally.
- Work well in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to prioritise conflicting needs of the business and internal users.
- Previous experience working in a service or support function.
