We are seeking a skilled Print Operator to join our team. As a Print Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment to produce high-quality prints. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and mechanical knowledge.
Duties:
- Operate printing equipment, including digital printers and offset presses
- Set up and adjust printing machines according to job specifications
- Load and unload materials onto the printing press
- Monitor the printing process to ensure quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
- Perform routine maintenance on printing machines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Print Operator or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of print production processes and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret job orders and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools for assembly and fabrication
- Proficient in operating heavy machinery and performing heavy lifting
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
