We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Adviser to join our client's dealership. This is a full-time role.
For this position you must have experience within Dealership 'service department.
As a Service Advisor your will, be responsible for:
- Receiving customer enquiries by telephone and person and arrange to book their vehicle into the workshop.
- While delivering high levels of customer service you will find their requirements and advise on cost, time scale and what exactly will happen to their vehicle while in our repair and service bays.
- Gathering technical information and relay it in a way that customers will understand. Recording accurately vehicle information, refer to service histories and effectively followup and prospect customers to secure repeat and incremental business.
Requirements:
- The right individual must be professional, well presented, confident and driven to work with the team on the front desk and workshop to hit and exceed targets.
- They may consider someone from an independent garage who can show knowledge, confidence and driven manner.
- They are keen to speak to you whether you are from a large set up or small dealer, volume or prestige we will be interested in hearing from you.
- Having experience of Kerridge is desirable but training will be given.
