About Our Client:
Our client is a leading business within drainage solutions.
They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Macclesfield team on a temporary basis with the view of being made permanent.
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Making follow up calls to customers when necessary.
- Undertaking a variety of administrative duties.
- Responding to third party providers in a timely fashion, adhering to SLAs.
- To aim to resolve client complaint and escalations first time.
The Successful Applicant:
To be successful in this role you will:
- Experience within call centre environments
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Great attention to detail
- Knowledge of outlook packages
