  • Permanent This opportunity would ideally suit a proven Chartered Building Surveyor, who is looking for an opportunity at the Associate or Director levels.
You will have a varied workload with significant responsibility and client contact, hybrid working and performance-based bonuses.


You will be joining a growing multi-disciplined consultancy organisation that has achieved year-on-year consistent growth, from 95% word of mouth as a result of providing a high-quality service to clients across both the private and public sectors.


Work is varied and splits evenly between professional and project-based building surveying, with most projects within a 2 hours radius, often covering the Midlands down to London.

Clients are varied and property portfolios typically consist of office, industrial, retail and social housing.


You will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility with more client contact (compared to many other firms offering positions at a similar level).

You will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package, including quarterly performance-based bonuses.

The working environment includes hybrid working with flexibility where needed.


Typical day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Building Surveys / Technical Due Diligence (TDD) Surveys
  • Contract Administration/ Project Management
  • Dilapidations
  • Schedule of Condition
  • Expert Witness Services / Building Defect Reports
  • Reinstatement Cost Assessments
  • Planned Maintenance Programmes (PMP)
  • Party Wall Matters
To be successful, you will ideally be a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
