We're looking for a true creative production team leader who is solution focused and capable

of delivering the best experience for clients.

That means developing deep and honest relationships with clients of all levels, becoming a trusted advisor, whilst inspiring and leading a multi-disciplinary creative and print team to deliver and ensure everythingis done to exceed expectations.


You must be strategic but also operational and commercial; adept at unearthing clients' creative challenges, you will be able to go deep into their business, gain respect and understanding and identify opportunities to improve the production process, providea better experience, and bring everyone on the journey with you.


You must be exceptionally customer focused with the ability to listen and respond actively to clients' needs, building lasting relationships to deliver exceptional brand experiences and improved workplace performance for a leading brand.


You will have the confidence to deliver the very best service, be accountable for results results by delivering an improved employee experience that drives better business performance for clients.

You work well under pressure, keeping your cool when challengesarise and looking for resolutions.

SKILLS


We are sure you have a load of great skills to bring, but these are the ones we think are most important.


  • Creative flair: you will have an innate talent and live for the aesthetic detail that can elevate the creative above and beyond. You will love your craft and be obsessed with the visual language of a project whether it's event identity and toolkit, orjust a simple presentation deck.
  • Technical knowhow: you'll have expert, indepth and up to date knowledge of PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including AfterEffects and/or Premiere and have a good awareness of current and emerging technologies and how to deploy them acrossthe changing creative landscape, including print, colour retouching and digital artwork production.
  • The creative and print production lifecycle: you'll have a deep understanding of the creative and print process and production lifecycle, industry standard methods and tools for effective planning and delivery, and you'll be able to adapt and roll out thoseprocesses to the regional team. You'll have experience with workflow systems and processes and believe they have a key role in production efficiency.
  • Innovation: you will have a fierce passion for all things creative and constantly bring fresh ideas and new ways of working into your team and to the clients' attention. You will demonstrate a keen interest in emerging technologies in the creative productionprocess and understand the effect those technologies have on the production lifecycle.
  • Multitasker: this role will require you to manage multiple customers in a fastpaced client environment, so communication, coordination and problemsolving skills will come to the fore. You will need to be able to juggle, prioritise your time, and organiseeffectively.
  • Solutions focused: as a senior member of the team, challenges will come to you, and your solutionsfocused mentality will ensure they are responded to and handled in an appropriate way, identifying wider issues for improvement with the Account Directorand Service Delivery Manager.
  • Ownership whilst delegating: you will be adept at finding the balance of understanding for when you'll need to step in and own versus delegating to your team. Mentoring and growing a daytoday team, ensuring the right people are focused on the right areasto deliver success alongside you. Guiding and mentoring rather than dictating and demanding.
  • Communication: you will have a clear communication style and will be comfortable leading a client workshop or pitching to senior clients best practice for creative production, everything you do will have clear outcomes, along with next steps that drivethe business forward.

Qualifications
> At least 10 years of experience in a corporate environment, consulting or financial services preferred

> Experience in presentation design, events and marketing communications essential

> Experience managing client expectations

> Direct people management and proven leadership skills

> Strong customer service ethos and proven skills

> Ability to communicate with all levels within an organization

> Ability to work under pressure in a demanding corporate environment
