Outwood Grange Academy seeks a professional, confident individual to join our Business Services Team as HR Assistant. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, professional, approachable and flexible and who displays excellent communication skills. The role requires working at pace and the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.
Supporting the Business Manager and wider academy in all aspects of HR and payroll, you will be responsible for administering the payroll function, monitoring and recording staff absence, organising and minute taking at meetings and administering the full recruitment process including pre-employment checks for all new staff.
Our support staff are a strong team who work together to provide the foundation of success and as such are seen as incredibly important to our goal of putting students first.
Indeed, many support staff have taken the opportunity to join our leadership development programme, a paid initiative that gives the opportunities to develop leadership skills and join the senior leadership team in driving the school forward.
