We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager, based in London (hybrid working), to join our Financial Planning team.


Salary:
£35,000 to £40,000pa, depending on your skills


Contract Type:
Full Time, Permanent


Customer Relationship Manager Duties:


  • Liaising with key customers, monitoring, and developing these relationships
  • Supporting a new client project focusing on Fintech clients and building relationships with Capital Markets clients.
  • The key contact for your allocated Regional Membership committees: attending meetings, preparing papers, acting as committee secretary, and leading on membership growth in your regions.
  • Delivering presentations to both experienced and graduate professionals
  • Liaising with schools, universities and engaging with students.
  • Raising awareness our exams and membership offering in line with our purpose to '_To champion lifelong learning and integrity, raising individual standards of knowledge, skills and behaviour globally to enhance public trust and confidence in financialservices._'

Customer Relationship Manager Requirements:


You must be a self-starter with:

  • Energy, personal stature and interpersonal skills to represent the Institute and maintain relationships at all levels
  • A proven track record of working successfully with corporate clients, which may include delivering high impact presentations
  • A proven track record of delivering results against KPIs
  • Excellent organisation skills


  • IT skills

  • Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • At least five years' relevant working experience
  • Understanding of the financial services sector preferred, not essential.
  • Further education: a degree or equivalent
