Inclusion and Wellbeing Lead

- Working hours: 35 hours per week is full time._
- Salary: Up to £45,000_
- Reporting to: Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager_

You will work closely with our employee networks and other key stakeholders to help develop and implement programs that support the mental, physical, financial and social health of our employees and foster a culture of inclusivity here at the Financial Ombudsman.
- To succeed, you'll need to demonstrate._
- Developing and managing a wellbeing support model aligned to our Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing strategy
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop a strategy for promoting employee wellbeing and lead the development and implementation of related initiatives and programs.
- Organising and communicating events, promotions and campaigns to raise awareness, celebrate wellbeing and recognise the diversity in our organisation.
- Ensuring consistent development of knowledge about our wellbeing provision and referral pathways to services such as employee assistance, occupational health and workplace adjustments.
- Working closely with L&D to identify knowledge gaps, develop leadership capability, and improve health and wellbeing literacy through learning and training programmes sourcing, designing, and delivering training where required.
- Measuring employee wellbeing and evaluating wellbeing programs and initiatives for effectiveness.
- Identifying and responding to key external trends around wellbeing and mental health to ensure Financial Ombudsman remains current and proactive in this area.
- Benchmarking our inclusion and wellbeing provision externally to ensure we continue to innovate and can identify areas for improvement.

You'll have to meet the following minimum criteria:

Minimum Criteria
- Experience delivering successful evidencebased wellbeing programs and interventions. Strong knowledge of best practices in wellbeing, equity, and inclusion, and the ability to translate these into meaningful and impactful initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyse data and make evidencebased recommendations for improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
- Proven ability to work in a fastpaced environment with competing priorities.
