Accounts Assistant - Omagh District, United Kingdom - HireIQ
Description
Assisting with the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts (If experience allows)- Processing information onto Purchase Ledger in a detailed nominal structure
- Assisting in preparation of BACS payment runs
- Reconciliation of monthly supplier statements, with the ability to investigate and resolve any discrepancies
- Completion of Bank Reconciliations
- Intercompany Account Reconciliations
- Liaise with Suppliers in relation to queries and missing invoices.
- VAT / Intrastat Return submissions
- Ensure adherence to monthend deadlines
- Undertake any other duties which may be required by management.
- Supporting other areas within the finance department when required
Your skills & experience
- IATI Qualification or Currently Studying towards professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA
- Experience of working in a busy finance department working across all areas of the accounts function.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Evidence of analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
