We value the importance of non-clinical work for the development of our workforce and to provide a high quality service for our patients.

As such we welcome and encourage your contribution to in-service development and quality improvement projects, as well as participation in research and audit.

Furthermore, you will play an integral role in the training and supervision of students dietitians, dietetic apprentices / support workers, and band 5 dietitians.

We will support you to develop the leadership skills required to excel in this role.

You will be supported and line managed by an experienced band 7 team lead dietitian. In addition to regular one to one supervision we provide regular peer review sessions to support CPD. We will support your learning and development through internal and external opportunities.

We are pleased to work closely with the University of East Anglia, providing teaching opportunities for our staff and placement opportunities for their students.
