Our Brackmills site are now recruiting for a System Coordinator on a full time basis.
Salary:
£30,000 Per annum
Working hours:
Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
Job Description:
The purpose of a System Coordinator is to report to the site General Manager, and act as an operational SME and site point of contact for IT operations and projects.
You will support the coordination of all site IT hardware and contribute to ensuring the operation is operating effectively and efficiently, by supporting enhancements to systems & processes.
Key Duties of a System Coordinator:
- Liaise with IT to define report specifications as required by the business. (KPI's, trackers, statistics, master scripts etc.)
- Support the coordination and management of site accreditations.
- Maintain systems Master data (e.g. new users, security levels, WMS layout configuration etc.).
- Basic troubleshooting and triage of system issues.
- Audit site hardware (e.g. RDTs, Printers and PAT testing etc.).
- Support the introduction to the operation of all system changes (e.g. RF functions) to the operation.
- Developing & maintaining clear and effective standard operating procedures, based on agreed system processes (e.g. Training documents for RF function roll out).
- Support WMS improvements and represent the business in future development work.
- Liaison between Business Analyst/IT and the site team on system issues.
- Manage all site hardware inventory and purchase needs / requests.
Qualifications:
- Experience as user/Super User of Powerforce WMS is essential.
- Experience as user/Super User of Autostore WMS & Road Runner TMS, would be an advantage.
- Excellent problem solving skills
- An analytical approach to investigate and resolve issues.
- Able to work as part of a team and clearly demonstrate a professional attitude towards all colleagues.
- An organised and focused approach to all administrative duties.
- Communication (verbal, written and listening skills), with excellent spelling, grammar and the ability to produce errorfree documents.
- Selfmotivation and management of workload.
