The Prima Group (Carlisle) ltd are a family-owned company in the online wholesale sector and are a leading supplier in the print industry operating with five websites.


This role is for a technical support assistant to aid the tech department on the front line of customer enquires and support.

The role will also involve running a large format printer to fulfil customer prints.


Requirements:


  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Good Telephone manner
  • Willing to learn new technology
  • Flexible attitude to tasks as you will be required to work in other parts of the business at busy times
  • Ability to work under your own initiative or as part of a team.
  • Experience/understanding of running large printers or machinery would be beneficial
  • Experience / understanding of installing printers both via direct link and network on both Mac and window based systems would be beneficial
  • Previous experience in a tech support role would be beneficial
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software i.e photoshop, illustrator, coral draw ect.
  • Previous customer care experience desirable
