We are a Family Run business based in St.Georges, 2 minutes from Motorway M5 J21, We have a vacancy opened up for an Accounts assistant in our close knit team, This is a part time role circa hours per week, we are open to discuss hours of work and be flexible partial work from home is an option.
Primarily the job role will be dealing with Credit control and experience in this is essential.Good knowledge of excel and preferably experience of working within Sage. However, Training will be given.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in the prep of monthly and Year end accounts
Assisting in the management of weekly KPI's
Reconcile cash, cheques and card payments on a daily basis
Chase overdue invoices
Check credit and financials for new customers and updating existing customers
Statement processing monthly
Dealing with customer and in house queries
Communicating with managers
Ad Hoc duties as requested of you by your line manager
