We are looking to hire a Front of House person to work in our small and friendly artisan Bakery.

Needs to have experience of working in a cafe environment and needs to have confidence dealing with customers. We are looking for someone who is happy, friendly, welcoming, organised, clean, tidy, efficient, reliable and committed.

Needs to be flexible in terms of hours/days worked and able to work weekends (Saturday only not Sunday).

Experience of making coffee is useful but we will provide training. Needs to be able to multi-task, a hard-worker and fast.

The bakery can get very quickly and so one needs to be able to keep on top of serving customers for take-away, serving customers who are sitting in and clearing tables as well as keeping on top of the dishes and putting things away.

We make all our own bread and cakes/traybakes, jams and cookies so you need to be willing to learn about our bread and the ingredients and how we make it as well as being passionate about our cakes and everything else we make.

Enthusiasm and ability to build up rapport with our loyal customers is also key to the job as we have a lot of daily regulars and we like to look after our customers and give 100% service every single day.

Salary:
£10.00-£10.42 per hour
