Description

RT Healthcare are seeking for an activities coordinator for a beautful residential home in Felpham, Bognor Regis

Must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 2/3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or Supporting Activity Provisions
or be willing to work towards higher levels of vocational qualifications if required.

£10 per hour in the week and £11 per hour weekends, enhancmentas for bank holidays

Shifts - Monday to Friday 10am -3pm and alternate weekends
Ideally have previous experience working with older people and dementia and organising activities

Planning delivery of programmes, activities, and actions that engage all our residents
Ensure all activities are documented on a daily progress sheet
Motivating and inspiring our residents to engage in community integration
Engaging and liaising with relatives and care staff regarding the progress of activity and ensure our residents receive the best possible service
Always ensure the health and safety of residents and our team
Communicate changes and updates with keyworker and others on a need to know basis.
Make sure that you, the site, and team are compliant with all policies and procedures
Report any incidents or accidents.
