Description
This is an in-person full time accounting clerk/administrative support position in an open office environment.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Process accounts payable or receivable transactions, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer accounts
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payment collection
  • Assist with monthend closing activities related to accounts receivable
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, team members and management
  • Accurate and Timely Data Entry.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records relative to all customer orders and transactions.

Experience:


  • Proven experience in an accounting/administrative role, preferably in an office setting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas)
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization

Pay:
£13.00-£14.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 35 per week

  • Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
