Description
This is an in-person full time accounting clerk/administrative support position in an open office environment.Responsibilities will include:
- Process accounts payable or receivable transactions, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer accounts
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payment collection
- Assist with monthend closing activities related to accounts receivable
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, team members and management
- Accurate and Timely Data Entry.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records relative to all customer orders and transactions.
Experience:
- Proven experience in an accounting/administrative role, preferably in an office setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas)
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization
Pay:
£13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 35 per week

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
