After Care Support WorkerPart time, initially 15 hours per week (but could develop into more). 1 year contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to develop this completely new role within the organisation.
This role will require an extremely motivated, focused and organised individual who is able to work on their own initiative.
The individual must have experience of addiction recovery, must be great at developing relationships with people and organisations and a driving license and car would be an advantage as this role will require some local travel.
Job Description - to be developed as this is a new role but a basic description of duties:To provide a personalised package of support for each resident leaving Mulberry
Provide 1-1 support and group support to those who are leaving and have left Mulberry
To help residents to find move on accommodation and help set up tenancies, utilities and benefits
Encourage and assist people in their long term recovery
Build up relationships with local housing providers
Build up relationships with local support services
Build up links with grant providers
Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary:
From £20,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
