We are looking for a Warehouse & Account Coordinator to join our fantastic team.

Job Title:
Warehouse & Account Coordinator

Location:
Lisburn & Ballymena, Northern Ireland

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience

Work Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, on site (flexibility required)

The Role

Deploy new warehouse partner locations with support from wider operations team
Ensure smooth operations of warehouse partner sites in line with Selazar policies & procedures to ensure SLAs
Build long term, trusting client & partner relationships to widen & grow the business
Coach & support warehouse partner teams with operational use of Selazar WMS
Identify & communicate issues between third parties & internal Selazar teams to ensure swift, effective resolutions

The Person

Experience of warehouse operations & managing teams, with demonstrable experience in achieving multiple KPIs / SLAs
A good understanding of ecommerce and logístical supply chains with experience of the methodology & operating of WMS systems
Experience in building long term customer relationships
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to produce warehouse reports and stock manifests
Exceptional verbal & written communication skills with a cando approach
Full, driving licence (UK), ideally with a FLT license
