Digital Inclusion Project Lead

We have an opportunity for an experienced project manager to join our team and help us improve digital inclusion across the county.
You will join a motivated team who focus on library delivery and will act as the vital link in translating local and national strategy into impactful work in our libraries.
We are offering a fixed term contract for six months and this is a full time role 37 hours per week with the benefits of flexible and hybrid working.
You will report to the Information for Living Librarian, and you will be responsible for driving the charity's day-to-day work on digital inclusion.
The salary for this role is £28,000 per annum
The headline responsibilities of this role include:
Mapping the digital inclusion offer across all libraries:
Identifying opportunities for partnerships and new offers:
Produce a short, medium and long term plan for digital inclusion in libraries and project manage the roll out of the work:
Support library managers and their teams with this work and ensure they have the right tools and resources to support a full digital inclusion offer in their libraries:
Working with colleagues to produce promotional materials in order to encourage new users to the library for digital support

A proven track record of project management and able to deliver to timescales and budgets:
Experience of engaging with underserved communities:
An understanding and passion for libraries and their potential:
Quality research skills and the ability to identify and capitalise upon opportunities:
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication confidence:
Solid IT skills and ability to use the full Microsoft 365 package:
Ability to work flexibly to suit the work as it develops:
A full UK driving license
