TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials.

They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels.

They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain.

Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.


The role of the Supply Chain Supervisor is to administrate and coordinate supply chain strategies to meet internal and external customer's expectations.


Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Performs analysis of customer demand, sales forecasts and historical material usage to develop and execute build to order and build to forecast plans.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional business teams to develop the best economic strategy for production planning to support customer demand.
  • Prepares customer delivery reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends and uses information to proactively communicate potential late deliveries.
  • Establishes and supervises production scheduling activities by monitoring material inventories, tracking progress of production and reviewing factors that affect schedules.
  • Coordinate and work with quality, engineering, and operations to ensure 100% ontime delivery by establishing and monitoring schedule to proactively identify and address any issues.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional business teams to develop the best economic strategy for production planning to support customer demand.
  • Develop, implement and manage crossfunctional, fully integrated planning process that incorporates make versus buy, capacity planning, scheduling, inventory, material and associated cost elements.
  • Contibute to an colaboration environment and team work.
  • Complies and contributes the achievement of EHS indicators.
  • Determines the strategy to cumply with demand STS.

Qualifications and Experience Required:


  • Minimum of 5+ years experience
  • APICS Certification would be an advantage.
  • Experience of SAP / MRP and Excel
  • Excellent Data Analysis Skills (GTA, Demand/Forecast, ABC's, Kanban, SS)
  • Fluent English written and spoken required.
  • Experience in S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) JDA&IBP (Software)
  • Knowledge of TEOA (VS Mapping, Master Planning, A3, 8D)
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Ability to identify Supply Demand Constraints
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, problem solve.
  • Excellent business Acumen and time management skills.
  • Excellent Presentations Skills.
