Who we are looking for


We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to join our Central Services Team; reporting to Head of Central Services this individual's primary responsibility will be to deliver accurate and actionable data insights to all departments on a monthly and weekly basis.

Your role will focus on analysing and interpreting data to drive performance improvements across the organisation.

You will work closely with various teams, including operations, marketing, finance, and management, to identify key metrics, track performance, and provide recommendations for optimising processes and achieving organisational goals.


Principle Responsibilities:


  • Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources to generate meaningful reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to different departments.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance tracking systems to monitor the effectiveness of different programmes, initiatives, and processes.
  • Present data in a visually appealing and easytounderstand manner through charts, graphs, and presentations, enabling stakeholders to grasp complex information quickly.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in data sets to uncover areas of improvement and make datadriven recommendations to enhance organisational performance.
  • Utilise historical data and statistical models to forecast future performance, identify potential risks, and assist in strategic decisionmaking.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability through regular data validation, cleaning, and quality control processes.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand their data needs, provide insights, and support decisionmaking processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation based on data analysis, leading to increased efficiency and productivity across departments.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance data literacy and empower them to utilise data effectively in their decisionmaking processes.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis to continuously improve datadriven decisionmaking within the organisation.

Essential Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Relevant certifications or equivalent work experience will also be considered)
  • Intermediate level (including experience) MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven experience in data analysis, data visualisation, and reporting
  • Working to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data findings to stakeholders at all levels
  • Detailoriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships and act as a team player
  • Willingness to undertake further development and responsibilities
  • Have excellent IT skills with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology tools
  • An ability to maintain accurate up to date electronic and manual records
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Understanding of the value of diversity

You must also be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check if not already held.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
