K&T Heating is a leading gas compliance company in the Southeast that services in the region of 200,000 properties across London and the Southeast, providing pivotal services for local authorities and social housing association residents. With the expansion of our business, we have exciting opportunities to join our Out of Hours Team at our new Dartford office, offering competitive rates of pay with additional company benefits.
Contracted hours would be 10 hours a week. This would consist of 2 x 5-hour shifts across Saturday and Sunday. Initial training will be required on weekday evenings.

The role of our Out of Hours Call Centre Agent is to act as the main point of customer contact for servicing and responsive maintenance during out of hours periods.

You will answer inbound calls from our customers and engineers, providing customer excellence, in relation to the repairs and servicing on our contracts, ensuring that our internal system is updated accordingly.

The role also involves daily administration, therefore a knowledge of Windows software, especially Outlook, is a must.

You will have good communication skills, be a committed and collaborative worker and be able to communicate with a range of people at different levels.

Previous experience of working in a busy call centre is essential, along with excellent customer service skills. Working knowledge in the gas industry is not essential but would be desirable.
