Events & Office Admin


Location:
Burnely


Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (occasional flexibility required around trade shows and events)


Holidays: 22 Days + Bank Hols (year 1), 25 Days + Bank Hols (from year 2 onwards)


Salary:
Negotiable depending on experience


Entedi have a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team based in the Burnley office to manage all administrative aspects of our various events, training days and trade shows across the UK and Ireland as well as providing additional admin support to various departments.


About the role:


The main duties of the role will include:

  • Liaise with senior management / dept. Heads to create effective strategies and plans for each event
  • Coordinate with trade show hosts up to 12 months in advance to secure the best space for our requirements
  • Help arrange venues to hold our own open days and training events
  • Arrange all additional resources for each event eg travel, accommodation, power, vehicle hire, additional crew, all documentation (RAMS, Insurance, passes etc.)
  • Use internal systems to administer all aspects of the role
  • Work closely with our admin team to provide support
  • Occasional travel may be required to help prep and manage the event / trade show stand

  • Intermediate IT skills experience of MS 365 suite

Job Types:

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
