Description
Referencing tenants and dealing with the move in process- Arranging inventories
- Preparing tenancy documentation
- Liaising with the Operations Manager & Property Managers to ensure that both tenants and landlords receive a seamless service
- Keeping tenants and landlords up to date at all times
- Advertising new instructions
- Managing enquiries and organising, booking and confirming viewings
- Screening potential applicants
- Taking and returns of deposits
- Dealing with day to day general enquiries face to face and via telephone
- Managing third party providers
- Proactively manage applicants
- Updating landlords/investors
- Have experience working in a similar role (not essential)
- Have great project management skills
- Be well spoken, articulate, as well as being able to communicate with all types of clientèle effectively
- Maintains a calm, credible and professional manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
- Have a full drivers licence
- Must have the ability to work remotely and independently at times
- Open to new technologies & ability to learn quickly
Saturday (1/3) - 10am - 3pm
Salary:
Up to £27,500.00 per year
