Description
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our team.

This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business management.


Duties:


  • Participate in training sessions to learn about company operations, policies, and procedures
  • Shadow experienced managers to understand different departments and roles within the organization
  • Assist with project management tasks and strategic planning initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members on crossfunctional projects
  • Develop leadership skills by leading small teams and managing daytoday operations
  • Analyze data and prepare reports for management review

Qualifications:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and critical thinking skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Previous internship or work experience in a business setting is a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,131.27 per year
