At STEM Recruitment we are looking to recruit a production supervisor based in Wishaw.

The role will include:

To lead and supervise a shiftbased team manufacturing the clients' projects.
Work as part of the team.
Ensuring a safe working environment
Managing a small team of 510 people
Lead the manufacturing team to complete scheduled requirements on the manufacturing plant.
Carry out shift walk arounds and be hands on when needed.
Ensure the product manufactured on shift is of good saleable quality.

Previous management/supervisor experience is essential.
