Description

We are seeking to expand our management team by employing a
Store Supervisor/Team Leader to work as part of our Store Management team to train and lead a team of customer service/store staff in our Kenny's Magherafelt stores.

Day time hours - no late nights


As a Store Supervisor you work in conjunction with the Store Manager to:

  • Ensure you and your staff live the Company values of "_
    loyalty, respect, team-work, ownership and honest"._
- provide excellent customer service and standards across all areas of the store;
- provide ongoing training and mentoring to your team

  • Oversee the ordering and delivery of products to the store to ensure there is a continuous high standard and range of ambient products for our customers.
  • Manage promotions, product compliance and changeovers in store

What we are looking for:

  • Employees that can demonstrate some previous management of a team or department
  • Store experience in grocery/convenience
  • Experience in providing a high standard of customer service/care
  • A high level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge/experience of merchandising
  • Team Leaders are required to work on a rota basis across Monday
  • Sunday

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£10.50-£11.50 per hour
