Quarter are looking for a reliable, fun and hard-working Kitchen Porter (part time, 16-24 hours per week) to join our team at the Square.

Our part time contracts are able to fit around existing commitments wherever possible

This would be an ideal position for someone looking to progress into a chef role - our kitchens have an excellent history of developing their team members.

Our venues have very friendly, supportive teams - it's a great environment to work in

Details of the Kitchen Assistant/ Kitchen Porter role:

Based at The Square in Clifton, Bristol

hours per week (usually worked over 4 shifts per week)
- £10.50 per hour plus a share of the service charge at the venue

What will you be doing as Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Porter?:

Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen in line with Environmental Health standards (training will be provided)
Washing up, cleaning all plates, pans and other items (all units have catering dishwashers)
Putting away orders using good stock rotation practices
Removing recycling and general waste to outdoor bins

Our ideal Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Porter:

May have had some prior experience in a similar role
but this is not required as full training will be offered
Will have good availability across the week able to work morning or evening shifts and weekends
Will be a hard worker and comfortable in a fast paced environment
Will be a friendly and fun member of the team willing to get stuck in when needed
Will be reliable and committed to supporting the venues they are working in
