Description
An experienced Recruitment Administrator ideally with some general HR experience is required to cover a 9 month maternity cover working with in a fast paced Human Resources Team.
The main aspects of this mainly recruitment role will involve supporting theHR and Recruitment teams in the development of staff, recruitment and on-boarding policy and procedures.
Key Duties:
- To develop and coordinate innovative and creative staff and volunteer recruitment activities, building on positive relationships with partners, promoting Active Prospects and the organisation's values, and ensuring a high quality and professional recruitmentand on boarding service
- To develop robust recruitment and on boarding procedures which ensure timely and costeffective recruitment in line with agreed plans and performance indicators
- The ability to operate as HR generalist delivering and developing a full spectrum of HR services which drives business performance and contributes to the goals and the core values of the organisation.
