  • Join us as our Field I.T Service Coordinator
where you'll be a key member of the Regional IT team, you will be responsible for the delivery of IT services to our site based at Sonova House in Warrington. Providing 1.5/2nd line support you'll be a critical escalation link between the business and the IT team, delivering service management updates and solution focused resolutions.

  • About the role:
  • Participating in problem identification, processes & reviews and process re-engineering
  • Requirements gathering, translating business needs into business solutions including technical recommendations.
  • Maintain networking documentation regarding site infrastructure landscape.
  • Support colleagues in our Specialist Support Center who provide remote support to our UK/IE colleagues.
  • Maintain compliance in accordance with Internal Controls.
  • Manage the asset register and ordering process of IT equipment.
  • Manage the backup hardware and address any problems or failures that may occur.
  • Maintain existing Disaster Recovery Plan to ensure it is up to date.
  • Working with Regional IT Mgr. and Corp IT Ops team as directed.
  • Ensuring IT standards and directives are upheld and followed.
  • Participating/leading projects including: renovations/moves, new site integrations, technology upgrades
  • About you:
  • With your strong organisation skills you will effectively plan, prioritise and monitor work, time and resources to achieve your personal and team goals.
  • You will have the drive to continuously improve and excel. Is naturally results orientated with the willingness to secure results and set targets.
  • You'll have experience of setting up computers in a Microsoft Windows environment, with a grounding in Windows Server 2012 and above & Active Directory administration.
  • You'll hold a CCNA or equivalent accreditation, coupled with experience in setting up Microsoft Windows environments, servers, active directory admin, switch management / configuration & VLAN with VMWARE management skills.
  • As an effective knowledge leader, you will be active in the development of collaborative teams, process improvements and bringing a fresh perspective to meeting challenges and problem solving, demonstrating creative 'out of the box' thinking and be able to problem solve.
  • With your strong customer service skills you will demonstrates a caring attitude towards colleagues and treat everyone fairly and consistently.
