Inside Sales Executive - Bournemouth - £25k basic OTE £45k

An Inside Sales Executive is required for our client based in Bournemouth to become part of the team.

The main aspect of the role is to assist with increasing the existing client base for the company and to generate interest in the companies products andservices.

The role will be initially office based during the training period and will go to flexible working after. The hours for this role are 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. The basic salary is £25,000 with initial on target earnings of £45,000 uncapped commission.

Main responsibilities:

Develop and maintain new business leads and increase the existing client base for the company
Work within the IT sales team to generate interest for the company's products and services
Go to events and meetings across the UK in order to generate leads
Build longterm relationships with existing and new business clients by nurturing the interest in the organisation and maintaining a solid relationship with key contacts
Identify clients issues and show them how the companies UPS will help solve it
Manage client accounts and contracts, particularly achieving sales development and cross selling opportunities

Key skills:

Experience of selling, prospecting or related demonstrable experience
Have a proven track record within a similar role or be able to sell yourself
High energy and drive with good negotiation skills
Understand the principles of sales & marketing tactics and tools
Minimum of 3 A-Levels or equivalent
Can work under minimum supervision and still exceed targets
Have ambition to continually learn and develop skills and ensure they are making the company the best it can be
