Position Summary

  • Engage with the Marketing Segment, Digital and Demand Programs Team and inform them of best practices regarding campaign creation, performance and tactic mix
  • Work directly in the related systems (e.g. Marketo, Google Analytics, Salesforce, ON24, etc.) to develop and manage the endtoend marketing program lifecycle
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, and programs/campaign ROI
  • Work with data to help upload lists, recommend audience builds and guide targeting for campaigns and tactics
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations team members on broader projects
  • Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the MAP
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, and programs/campaign ROI

Required Skills:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Management or similar technical degree
  • 35 years of experience in Marketo
  • Knowledge of B2B Marketing concepts such as SiriusDecisions or Revenue Marketing
  • A strong knowledge of digital marketing industry standards and best practices
  • Be comfortable with database management and best practices
  • Familiar with functionality of Preference Center and Double-OptIn Programs
  • Excellent with project/time management skills and the able to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge and experience of Salesforce and Marketo Integration
  • Team player with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required
  • Knowledge of database management and best practices
  • High level of attention to detail is essential; must be metricsdriven and resultsoriented with demonstrated analytical skills
  • Confident, fearless selfstarter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Preferred Skills:


  • Knowledge of technical data management, report architecture, reporting tools such as Tableau, Excel, PowerBI
  • HTML, CSS and Marketo Syntax
  • Marketo Certification preferred
  • Leandata Certification is a nice to have
