About Accelerator
For over Nineteen years Accelerator has been delivering Hosted IT and telecoms solutions to a wide variety of small and medium enterprises and national commercial clients across the UK.
Due to the development and success of the business, we are looking to grow our team and have a fantastic opportunity to join us.
About the role
You will be working as part of a team responsible for the ordering of IT and Telecoms hardware using various platforms.
You'll also be heavily involved in ongoing projects to ensure everything projects are fulfilled, and the billing process is completed.
You will also be supporting the Account Management team in terms of ensuring client satisfaction, and keeping CRM records up to date.
You will deliver high levels of customer care, provide feedback on issues identified, and help to continue to develop the service we offer.
About You
Ideally you'll have experience of working within an IT or provisioning role. You will have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work to deadlines. You'll be a confident communicator, able to work on your own initiative and have great organisational skills. A genuine interest and knowledge of IT would be beneficial. Delivering high levels of customer care will be essential. If you can demonstrate the right attitude, we can deliver the training
Salary:
£24,000.00 per year

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
