An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Virtual Hub as a Team Leader of approximately 12 team members. Working within a team environment to support the team who answer patient calls and process electronic consultations. Practice and Emis experience would be ideal but training will be given.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the general day to day management, HR, rota planning and admin duties within the department.
Skills required are (but not limited to):
- Strong team player
- Goes above and beyond
- Good attention to detail
- HR experience
- Databases and spreadsheets
- Excel, Google Sheets
- Assist with the preparation of month end reports and other ad hoc tasks as and when required
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
Up to £14.00 per hour

- Bracknell: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
