SALES NEGOTIATOR OR TRAINEE SALES NEGOTIATOR - ESTATE AGENT - AMERSHAM- UP TO £20K BASIC DOE, UP TO £25K OTE DOE

A successful Independent
estate agent in Amersham are looking to employ a
Sales Negotiator or Trainee Negotiator to join their team.

Ideally you will have some experience as a sales Negotiator already, but Trainees will also be considered as full training will be offered.

BASIC SALARY UP TO £20k DOE + UP TO £25K OTE DOE

Key Skills:

Excellent written and communication skills
The ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and on their own
Strong organisational skills
Happy to take the initiative
Confident in dealing with clients
Good telephone manner

The role will also involve:

Dealing with enquiries
Booking appointments
Negotiating
Carrying out viewings
Booking market appraisals
Updating and maintaining websites
General office administration.
Sales Progressing

To be considered for this role you must have a full driving licence and use of a car.
