SPECIALIST PROPERTY MANAGER (HMO's & STUDENT LETS) - Residential Lettings / Property Management

Location:
Bristol, BS7

Salary:
£25k - £25k Including Commission and Bonus - Dependent on experience and industry qualifications

Position:
Permanent - Full Time with some Work from Home options available


Our client is looking for an exceptional
Property Managerwho has experience in the
HMO and
Student Rental sector to assist with the running of their specialist portfolio.


Skills:
The skills required for thisSpecialist Property Manager (HMO's & Student Lets)role will include:

  • Previous experience within the HMO / Student let sector
  • Understanding of current legislation in line with Student Lets & HMO's
  • Property management experience
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Stay calm under pressure
  • Have superb organisational skills
  • Be able to prioritise workload
  • A confident team player
  • Positive, professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships
  • Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislation
