CRM Practice Manager - London, United Kingdom - James Frank Associates
Description
Our client, a leading business in the Technology sector is seeking a CRM Practice Manager to join their business on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role can be performed remotely, with the expectation to visit the office in Kent once a month.
Due to growth, our client is now looking to add a CRM Practice Manager to their team, where you will be responsible for managing the time of the team's consultants, ensuring it is being used efficiently and wisely whilst ensuring projects are being deliveredon time, budget and to scale for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and continually improve internal processes and policies
- Agree targets for the utilization of consultant's time
- Produce management information reports and dashboards that meet requirements of the Directors
- Allocate consultants to projects, aligning skills and experience with project needs
- Maintain an accurate overview on the delivery of client projects
- Ensure that all support desk staff are meeting key performance indicators
- Liaise directly with clients, discussing project requirements, costs and timelines
- Lead the induction programme for all new starters
- Conduct performance reviews with each member of the team
- Chair the monthly practice meeting

You will also be responsible for assistingin the recruitment of a high performing team, working at board level whilst ensuring the business and department is running smoothly.
The role will be performed on a remote basis, with the expectation to visit the Kent office once a month.
