For September 2023, our pastoral team requires an enthusiastic, personable, organised, and self-motivated person to join our team as our Family Support Officer.


This integral role in the pastoral team will take the lead on all matters regarding attendance (monitor, support, challenge, and record), lead and attend Team Around the Child (TAC) meetings, and be a member of a large safeguarding team (Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead).


Family Support Officer
30 hours per week. 39 weeks per year (8.30am-4pm)
Salary G5 £23,194 - £25,878 (pro rata) Actual Salary £16,129 - £17,996
Required from September 202- have experience in TAC (leading) and attendance, in education.

  • They will have excellent communication skills to work with our students and their families.
- ideally have experience of working in a school environment.
