We are recruiting for an Office Assistant for our client who is based in Chapel Allerton.


You will be the CEO's 'go to person' and support them with all tasks needed, this will be a very busy and demanding role with no two days the same.

Duties will include:

  • Diary management, arranging calls, scheduling meetings, sending diary meeting events
  • Managing the office filing system, managing processes and procedure
  • Meeting room booking and set up, making refreshments
  • Accounting duties inputting invoices, managing expenses, raising purchase orders, bank reconciliation/basic bookkeeping
  • All general office administration, answering the phone, meeting and greeting visitors
  • Supporting the events team off site with any tasks needed
  • Building relationships with supporters and key benefactors
  • Attending meeting with CEO and taking meeting minutes
  • Providing admin support to the programmes manager during specific campaigns
  • Providing support to the events team onsite and offsite as required
  • Keeping policies and insurance documents uptodate
  • Updating information packs for Trustee meetings
  • Creating reports as required by CEO


To be successful in this role you will need to be resilient, hardworking and determined due to the nature of the industry and the role things can change very quickly so you must be able to adapt and take on any task when needed.


You will need to be a pro-active self-starter with an ambitious and energetic nature and the ability to work under your own initiative.

Exceedingly good communication skills and the ability to form strong working relationships both internally and externally is essential.

Outstanding organisation skills and the ability to plan and prioritise are essential along with the ability to meet and deliver on deadlines.

As well as having the ability to analyse and problem solve you will require excellent attention to detail.


This is a full-time role to be based within the office and flexibility is required to attend events off site.
