Description
Our company is seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in our warehouse, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.


Responsibilities:


  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring that all items are logged and accounted for.
  • Pick and fill orders from stock, ensuring that orders are accurate and complete.
  • Pack and ship orders to customers or to other locations, as needed.
  • Organize and retrieve stock in the warehouse, maintaining an efficient and wellorganized system.
  • Conduct inventory counts and stock checks as needed, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping and maintaining a tidy work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment and adhering to safety regulations and protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure that orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications:


  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
