Customer Service Co-ordinator

Wakefield

30-37hrs Monday to Friday


Our Client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their small team at their Head Office based just outside the center of Wakefield.


Duties to include:

  • Process and proactively manage rolling week tasks.
  • Manage all inbound customer calls for orders and enquiries providing a once call resolution ethos.
  • Building and maintaining internal and external customer relationships
  • Report distribution to support Sales Team with Weekly, Monthly and adhoc reports.
  • General Customer Service administration.
  • Any other duties as requested by Manager.

Skills required:

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Good Timekeeper.
  • Proactive and adaptable
  • Excellent Team Player.
  • Good IT Skills, knowledge of Microsoft, Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of website ordering platforms (Magento / EBay)
