Customer Service Co-ordinatorWakefield
30-37hrs Monday to Friday
Our Client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their small team at their Head Office based just outside the center of Wakefield.
Duties to include:
- Process and proactively manage rolling week tasks.
- Manage all inbound customer calls for orders and enquiries providing a once call resolution ethos.
- Building and maintaining internal and external customer relationships
- Report distribution to support Sales Team with Weekly, Monthly and adhoc reports.
- General Customer Service administration.
- Any other duties as requested by Manager.
Skills required:
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Good Timekeeper.
- Proactive and adaptable
- Excellent Team Player.
- Good IT Skills, knowledge of Microsoft, Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Knowledge of website ordering platforms (Magento / EBay)
