Purpose of the Role


To provide support to the Leasing Portfolio Manager and wider senior management team on the leasing and marketing of a large Build to Rent portfolio.

They will have previous experience of working in a busy environment and be able to provide a high level of service to, and establish rapport with, customers, clients and Savills' colleagues.


Key Responsibilities


Updating marketing portals and site websites to ensure our buildings are being marketed as best as possible for maximum exposure.

Point of contact for Rightmove account and any third party marketing agencies.

Responsible for ordering marketing collateral and assisting with organizing resident events.

Assist the Portfolio Analyst with client reporting and data collection from site teams.

Assist the site teams with competitor analysis, property comparables and demographic data collection.

  • Assist the Leasing Portfolio Manager with the void and renewal strategies for the 17 assets within the portfolio.
  • Attend site visits as and when required.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Previous experience in residential lettings or Build to Rent
  • Relevant lettings marketing experience e.g. managing portals such as Rightmove/Zoopla
  • Focused: commits to challenging goals and delivers consistently against these
  • Selfstarter, who relishes challenges and strives for the best
  • Strong team player: builds relationships and consults with others, quickly establishes trust and credibility
  • Confident with a positive outlook
  • Ethical with strong integrity
  • Someone who has innate curiosity and is eager to experiment and push the boundaries of what is possible
Working Hours - Mon - Fri 9-5.30

Salary
- £35- 40k & £5k discretionary bonus depending on experience
