Description
Trade Team Recruitment are currently looking for a Handyman in the Cardiff area.


About the role:


  • To undertake General Maintenance
  • To undertake Planned and Reactive Maintenance within your skillset
  • Manage sub contractors in line with our policies
  • Manage own time in a productive and efficient way as to ensure that all KPI's are met
  • Carry out works as booked by appointment times within the contractual obligations
  • Assist other skilled trades in carrying out maintenance, repairs, testing, inspection and installation work.
  • Where instructed, carry out minor repairs to the building fabric to ensure the safety and security of the client's premises, staff and visitors.
- £12 per hour paid weekly


About you:


  • Experience of a range of repairs and maintenance work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a basic DBS certificate
