Job summary

We are looking for someone to join the European arm of a leading financial firm in London. You would work across several teams, including the trade floor.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd line support across Windows 10/11, Office 365, and VDI environments.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues digging deep to find root causes not just escalating.
