  • A broad, international focused role encompassing planning, M&A, advisory and transactions
  • Partner with business units and senior stakeholders globally
  • Taking responsibility for advising on tax issues relating to new transactions and products
As M&A Senior Tax Manager you will be involved in;

  • Providing tax advice on internal operations, transactions and projects
  • Monitoring changes in tax law & oversight of tax aspects of all legal documentation
  • Advising on tax implications of corporate M&A activity
  • Advising the business on emerging tax issues

As M&A Senior Tax Manager you will be;

  • Fully qualified in tax or accountancy
  • Strong background in M&A/Deals/Transactions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, selfmotivated and action orientated
