The role:


Outstanding opportunity for a Real Estate NQ, including September qualifiers, to join a top-tier practice that is sure to springboard your career, based in Bristol.


As an NQ, you will be given a varied diet of work which will allow you to develop a full complement of skills across a range of transactional matters including acquisitions, disposals, secured lending, portfolio management work, development work and landlord and tenant matters.


You will work as part of the wider team on large complex deals, whilst also building up your own caseload as you progress.


This practice deals with some of the most relevant and high-value transactions available in the real estate space and, therefore, provides fertile ground for an ambitious junior lawyer that's looking to build their career.
