About the Role
We are looking for a talented postdoctoral researcher to join the Oxford Martin Programme on Net Zero Policy and Regulation.
Reporting to the Programme's Principle Investigators (Professor Thomas Hale and Dr Thom Wetzer), the Postdoctoral Research Fellow's primary role will be to carry out original, world-class academic research, both independently and in collaboration with the Programme research team.
You will also be responsible for contributing new ideas for new research projects, developing these ideas for generating research income and providing guidance to junior members of the research group; including research assistants, PhD students, and/or project volunteers.
About You
You will hold, or be close to completion of, a PhD/DPhil in a field relevant to the programme. along with the ability to contribute ideas for new research projects and manage own academic research and associated activities.
Previous experience of contributing to publications/presentations along with excellent communication skills, including abilities to write for publication, present research proposals and results, are also essential.
